- We understand that sometimes the customer needs to place small orders as samples because they want to check the quality of the product which they want to purchase.
- We know the importance of our customers, customer satisfaction is our first priority so we can make available these samples against cost on request.
Payment should be made in us dollars unless we specify any other mode of payment mode in the quotation sent to you. we have given you various options for payment:-
- Full advance payment: this mode of payment is most convenient if you want to make small orders as it minimizes the bank charges which would be applicable if you choose other modes of payment.you can send payment through telegraphic transfer(T/T) or wire transfer to our bankers under intimation to us.
- Part payment in advance: if the amount of orders is large, we expect that you send us 50% of the money in advance as it maintains better B2B relation and improves the understanding between both of us. balance payment is payable against delivery of documents through your bank. this method involves bank charges which are payable by the customer.
- Letter of credit: We accept sight letter of credit in case of bulk orders. This method involves considerable Bank Charges. All Bank Charges as per the terms of Letter of Credit must be to the account of the buyer.

Want to know our shipping mode? we have various kinds of shipping mode of your orders.here are the following:
- The normal mode of shipment is – Sea Freight and Air Freight.
- However, we also use Air Post Parcel, Sea Post Parcel, Courier, etc on special requests from customers.
It is your option to ask for prices inclusive of shipping costs or we can send the goods on “Freight to Pay Basis”.
The shipping charges vary according to the size of shipment, destination, and Mode of dispatch.
C.I.F. rates are quoted if you inform us of the exact quantity, destination, and mode of dispatch preferred by you.
- If you want quotation of a particular product, send add the product and the amount of that particular item you want and send an inquiry to us at any time.
- You can send an inquiry about as much as products you want just by adding them into the basket and then click on send inquiry option.
- You can also directly visit inquiry page and select the category of product you want to enquire Also leave us a message about the name of the product with its category.we would send you the quotation of that product as soon as possible.
